The 16th Indian Organ Donation Day was held in Delhi on 3 August. NOTTO, under the Union Health Ministry, presented the awards. Tamil Nadu was chosen Best State for recording the highest number of organ donations from deceased donors. Donor families and medical teams were also honoured at the event.
