Is Tamil Nadu's power sector moving toward privatisation?
The budget lists Ennore thermal expansion at ₹8,000 crore and the Coimbatore–Ariyalur 765 kV line at ₹4,000 crore under PPP, plus 20,000 EV charging stations also via PPP.

The budget lists Ennore thermal expansion at ₹8,000 crore and the Coimbatore–Ariyalur 765 kV line at ₹4,000 crore under PPP, plus 20,000 EV charging stations also via PPP. At least ₹12,000 crore of private-participation projects in power alone have been announced. Does that old doubt hold today?
